Terroir (70% Dark): Subko VLGE Co-op, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh (Single Origin Dark Chocolate)(15gms) x 1
A 70% dark chocolate bar made with Fine Forastero Cacao that was selectively hand harvested, underwent a 6 day fermentation, and a 12 day drying phase.
The cacao beans were roasted light, hence creating tasting notes of Pineapple, Banana and Chestnut.

The Thenarasu Terroir Bar is a 70% dark chocolate bar, made with Forastero Cacao that was selectively hand harvested at peak ripeness, underwent a 6 day box fermentation and was further dried for 5 days.

A 63% dark chocolate bar that showcases Karnataka state’s ever-generous gift to the Subcontinent — Kaapi Culture, and combines the two agricultural bounties of the state that often grow in a single spot. This bar features single-origin fine cacao sourced from Varanashi Farms, Karnataka combined with a limited edition specialty coffee project (Project Pearl) from Ratnagiri Estate, Karnataka.

Featuring a ‘coffee white chocolate’ bar, made using traceable, single-origin A2 Milk Powder from Native farms, Maharashtra, and a single-origin specialty arabica microlot coffee from Ratnagiri Estate (Project Pearl) folded into the white chocolate.
