Not at all - our cafes are open to all and are walk-in only - we do not take prior table reservations. However, if you’re looking at booking a private space for a gathering or event, you can book a location of your choice here.

Booking a space at Subko is simple. Just share your name, preferred date, and timing requirements. Each slot is for 2 hours, additional slots can be added based on your event needs. A ₹5,000 deposit is required to confirm any booking. For any additional requirements, customisations or queries, we recommend connecting with our team via phone to check if possible.

Bookings are currently only limited to weekdays.

We understand plans can change. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. However, any reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund

Each room has a fixed seating capacity to ensure comfort and quality of service. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups larger than the specified capacity of the room. Please ensure your group size aligns with the room's capacity when making a reservation.

Your booking includes access to the reserved space, seating for your group, regular cafe service, cafe music, and free Wi-Fi. Please note that both Mary Lodge and Ajji House spaces are located on the first floor and are accessible only via a staircase. External music cannot be played through the cafe speakers.

Additional stools and chairs beyond the seating capacity specified on the booking will not be provided. 

For additional requirements like projectors, screens, sound systems, or lighting, external vendors can be arranged. Do reach out to our team via phone to connect with our list of empanelled vendors who are familiar with our spaces.

The ₹5,000 deposit will be applied to your total food and beverage billing. Your total amount payable is applicable towards F&B consumption at the cafe. Any unspent amount will be considered a space rental fee.

You will have access to the entire menu and can order a la carte. If you wish to explore a special menu, please reach out via outlet phone number listed on Google.

Absolutely - we recommend visiting the space to confirm it can accommodate your event. Please feel free to drop by during our regular cafe operational hours, and a member of the Subko team can guide you through the different spaces. 

No, we do not permit outside food and beverages at our spaces. We don’t have a liquor license and cannot serve liquor at our locations.
