A 73% dark chocolate bar made with Fine Forastero Cacao that was selectively hand harvested, underwent a 7 days fermentation & a 10 day drying phase.

The cacao beans were roasted dark, hence creating tasting notes of Blueberry, Dates and Black Tea.
